According to Organic Law 15/1999 which took effect in Spain from 13th of December on the Protection of Personal Data, TEGASA, S.L. guarantees confidentiality in relation with all user's personal details on its web page. All data submitted together with the different forms will be added to a database managed under TEGASA S.L.  responsability. The database has been created to facilitate services management, administration, benefit, enlargement, and enhacement. Database shall also provide information to data subjects about these improvements. When users submitt any personal details, they declare them to be accurate and truthful. Data subjects are entitled the right to access their personal data anytime for rectification, cancellation or objectionit via regular mail (C/ Entenza, 236 Entlo.2ª - 08029 Barcelona) or e-mail, according to terms established in LOPD (Ley Oficial de Protección de Datos).
